New Update

Kiosk banking in our Banking parlances means Internet based Kiosk Banking in which System (Personal Computer / Laptop) of selected Business Correspondents is configured and mapped with Kiosk Server of our CBS network to facilitate BC to do the permitted Banking activities / transactions for customers from his Home / Customer Support Point (CSP)
Technical Set up of Kiosk Banking (CSP) has following two Major steps:

  1. Initial Configuring of BC (Done at LHO by Circle Administrator).

In this step, all the required data of selected BC is sent in hard form to LHO and the circle administrator does the rest. After completing this, Circle administrator sent a User id & password of the BC to concerned RBO.

  1. Configuring BC’s System  (Done at RBO level  by CRT or any other who knows this)

In this IInd step, system of BC is configured by CRT or any other expert with the ID & password provided by LHO. Here it will be relevant to mention that this step can also be performed by BC himself if he has basic knowledge of computer. Here we use two websites / links:
https://www.sbikiosk.com/jsp/login.jsp  This is for BC and opened by login with 4 Digit BC ID and password supplied by LHO. In this site all the relevant information of BC are entered and finger prints of BC are captured.

https://www.sbikiosk.com     This is for KO opened by login with 8 Digit KO ID supplied by LHO and default password ‘sbi@123’.All the permitted banking transactions are done by KO through this websites
